ABOUT ME

Photography hasn't been a lifelong passion of mine. But after taking a class at Oregon State University, I fell in love with the creativeness, endless possibilities, and freedom to express yourself that photography provides. Going into college I was studying business marketing, but found after a year and a half it wasn't for me. It limited my creative ability, and after I figured that out I knew it wasn't something I wanted to pursue for a career. I threw myself into photography searching for a unique style to call my own.

I never imagined how a Liberal Arts degree would be so eye opening. It expanded my perception of the world allowing me to think and analyze my ideas in a more conceptual and visual fashion. Throughout my time at Oregon State University, I've learned valuable technical skills in the darkroom processing film, studying professional studio lighting techniques, and creating/editing photos. I exceed using Lightroom, employing it in me personal, school related, and professional practices. I'm currently expanding more on my skills in Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Capture One.

Having recently graduated from Oregon State University with a B.A. in Photography and Digital Studio, I am now ready to transition to professional work and am actively searching for creative photography positions in fashion, photojournalism, design, and marketing.
